Travel Tryouts Start March 1st

Updated information on 2026 GYL Travel Tryouts

February 22, 2026 2026 Travel Tryouts Schedule Due to weather conditions, we are making some major changes to the 2026 Travel Tryouts: There will be a total of 3 tryouts. We will be indoors for at least the first tryout. Times remain the same as previously published. You will get an e-mail next week with the venue for tryout #2 and #3. How does this affect me? Attend as many tryouts as you can. Players can opt out of all tryouts and will be placed on the lowest tier team. If your only planned tryout was for February 28, don't worry! You will be evaluated upon your return and placed on the appropriate team. It's important that you let Sarah O'Connor (girls) or Pat Coleman (boys) know in advance if you can only attend one tryout. See table below for the all the new details. Any additional changes will be sent via e-mail and posted on our web site. Additional reminders: Please arrive 15 minutes early to get your tryout pinnie. Practice and game schedules are being finalized and they will be communicated by your child's coach following tryouts. Travel Tryout Page Saturday February 28 There are no travel tryouts on this day.  For any House League players, we will have Jersey Day, as scheduled, at Old Greenwich School from 9:00 to 11:00am.
