Get your lacrosse player a concussion base line test

March 10, 2026 Concussion Testing Available Greenwich Youth Lacrosse has partnered with Performance Optimal Health to provide the ImPACT Baseline Test. The GYL Medical Advisory Board recommends baseline concussion testing for all GYL players aged 5 years and older annually. The cost for testing is covered by GYL. The ImPACT Baseline test is a computerized neurocognitive test that allows for appropriate management of concussions. It is vitally important to get a baseline test prior to injury so a normal value can be established. It is this normal value that serves as the benchmark by which medical providers can make appropriate decisions on management of a concussion including when athletes are ready to return to activities and sport.
